The Moon doth give us wisdom
The Sun doth give desire
But sink your feet into the Earth
To fill your heart with fire.
The stars give us our magic
The River cleans all our woes
But sink your feet into the Earth
And never fear your foes.
The Trees doth give us music
The Flowers doth bring us joy
But sink your feet into the Earth
And none will you, destroy.
The High Mountains doth give keen eyesight
The Rocks doth make us strong
But sink your feet into the Earth
And you will always hear the song.
So if the Gods are angry
And you fear they mean you ill
Then remember there is but One God
That through the Earth sends us free will.
When its soul leaves a rock, unless that rock be rooted deep, the swirling waters of life will sweep it away and any house built on that rock must fall.
But, if the soul has rooted its rock deep, that rock will not be swept away and the house founded upon it will flourish.
